Condition Surveys
Our survey services include, for instance, surveys concerning plumbing renovations, indoor air issues, and water and moisture damages. We have strong expertise on indoor air and health issues as well as extensive experience of surveys of hazardous substances in construction. We are also a partner in KT Kuntotutkimus Oy.

Urgent repairs are proposed in the survey report.
Analysis
MetropoliLab Oy, accredited by FINAS, is our sub-consultant for microbiological and chemical analyses, unless otherwise requested by the client.
Our clients include property management companies, housing companies, and representatives of the public sector.
